There is nothing like a small town wedding!

Ways to know that you are at a small town wedding...

5. The rehearsal dinner for 112 guests is held in the church basement, everyone eats hamburgers from beef raised by your dad, and everyone takes turns telling stories about the bride and groom. We started shredding the ribbon to increase the fun.

4. You get married in your grandparent's back yard and it is absolutely gorgeous.

3. The punch colors match the wedding colors and taste better than any punch you've ever had.

2. There are mixed nuts and homemade butter mints on the cake table and the mints always match the wedding colors. 1. The grocery store sign has a congratulatory message for the bride and groom on it.
My niece got married last weekend in a very small town, 2000 people, in Nebraska. It was a wonderful wedding and truly represented both the bride and groom. It was a beautiful day for 2 beautiful young people. There just is nothing as fun as a small town wedding.
